Wildlife Garden – Swedish Design for Garden & Home
Wildlife Garden originated from a very personal observation: founder Helena Nobel, during a longer break, repeatedly wondered about the unsightly birdhouses she saw on her walks. As her husband is a hobby ornithologist, she asked him if bird-friendly houses couldn't also be designed more beautifully – the idea for Wildlife Garden was born. In 2005, she founded the company with a small team in a former screw factory in her hometown of Båstad.
The first product was the combined feeder/nest box Multiholk, which is still available today in an improved version as a Swedish cottage, villa, Bauhaus, and other variants. Since then, Wildlife Garden has steadily grown: the company specializes in dwellings for garden guests such as birds, butterflies, and hedgehogs, and places great emphasis on sustainability in manufacturing, using materials and colors that minimally impact the environment.
