The wine factory

Advent in Sweden is hardly imaginable without Glögg. From Vinfabriken in Småland, I deliberately chose the non-alcoholic version – so that everyone at the table can join in, including the children and anyone who still has to drive.

Smålandsglögg combines red and white grape juice with blackcurrants, lingonberries, and the typical Glögg spices. Serve warm, Swedish-style with raisins and flaked almonds in the glass. Nyåkers gingerbread goes perfectly with it.
