The following conditions apply:

Goods are shipped worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of €8.90 per order for orders from €10.00 to €24.99.

For orders with a value of €25.00 to €74.99, we charge a flat rate of €6.90.

For orders with a value of €75.00 or more, we deliver free of charge.

International Deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Switzerland
• for an order value from €10.00 to €49.99 = €50.00
• for an order value from €50 to €99.99 = €35.00
• for an order value from €100 to €499.99 = €30.00
• for an order value of €500.00 or more, we deliver free of charge

United Kingdom
• for an order value from €50.00 to €299.99 = €28.00
• for an order value of €300.00 or more, we deliver free of charge

Liechtenstein
• for an order value from €50.00 to €299.99 = €28.00
• for an order value of €300.00 or more, we deliver free of charge

Japan, Canada, United States
• for an order value from €100.00 to €799.99 = €89.00
• for an order value of €800.00 or more, we deliver free of charge

China
• for an order value from €100.00 to €999.99 = €89.00
• for an order value of €1000.00 or more, we deliver free of charge


Provision of Digital Vouchers:

There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital vouchers.

Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of the contract's conclusion (for agreed advance payments, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and internationally within 5 - 14 days after the contract's conclusion (for agreed advance payments, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
