Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory value-added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order.

For orders with a value of €75.00 or more, we deliver free of charge.

International deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Switzerland
• for a merchandise value from €50.00 to €499.99 = €40.00
• for a merchandise value of €500.00 or more, we deliver free of charge

United Kingdom
• for a merchandise value from €50.00 to €299.99 = €25.00
• for a merchandise value of €300.00 or more, we deliver free of charge

Liechtenstein<
• for a merchandise value from €50.00 to €299.99 = €28.00
• for a merchandise value of €300.00 or more, we deliver free of charge

Japan, Canada, United States
• for a merchandise value from €100.00 to €799.99 = €89.00
• for a merchandise value of €800.00 or more, we deliver free of charge

China
• for a merchandise value from €100.00 to €999.99 = €89.00
• for a merchandise value of €1000.00 or more, we deliver free of charge


Provision of digital vouchers:

No shipping costs are incurred for the provision of digital vouchers.

Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
