Not every bird feeder needs to be attached to a tree or a house wall. With the three-piece WG908 post, suitable Wildlife Garden bird feeders can be set up freely in the garden.

The post is made of impregnated pine wood and is stained black. This gives it an understated look, visually leaving the main stage to the feeder mounted on top.

Three parts – 120 cm total height

Wildlife Garden supplies the post in three 43 cm long segments. The individual parts are screwed together to create a 120 cm high post.

The three-piece construction has a very practical advantage: despite its eventual height, the post can be compactly packed and transported.

With a point for insertion into the ground

My assessment

The three-piece post is a typical accessory where the simple solution is often exactly the right one. Screw it together, insert it into suitable ground, and mount the matching bird feeder – that is essentially all the post is meant to do.

At 700 g, it is significantly lighter than the Wildlife Garden metal pole. In return, you get a black wooden post that blends into the garden in a very unobtrusive way.
