Practical for the kitchen, picnics and camping

The Moomins love excursions into the forests and mountains around Moominvalley. The Muurla Campers collection captures this very joy of being outdoors.

With a capacity of 800 ml, the enamel container offers plenty of room for porridge, salads, fruit and other treats. The matching plastic lid protects the contents during storage and transport.

Robust enamel with a lightweight steel core

Muurla uses a carbon steel core coated with two layers of enamel. This creates a relatively lightweight, practical container for everyday use with a smooth, easy-care surface.

The container is dishwasher safe but must not be used in the microwave. As with all enamel products, the surface may chip if subjected to strong impacts or dropped.

Finnish design featuring the Moomins

Jonna Närhi's Campers motif tells a story of the joy of shared adventures in nature. The friendly design and green colour scheme make the container a lovely companion for Moomin fans of all ages.

My assessment

I have appreciated Muurla's enamel products for many years. I am particularly impressed by the combination of low weight, practical everyday functionality and the lovingly designed Moomin motifs. I think the Campers container with lid is particularly successful because it is not only decorative but also highly practical for picnics, camping or storing small meals.
