Couple – two people with a practical task
With the Couple wall hook, Bengt & Lotta combine their graphic couple silhouette with an everyday utility object. Two integrated hooks turn the motif into a handy helper for the hallway, kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom.
The two figures are reduced to a few black lines. This keeps the motif clear and understated, making it suitable even where you don't want playful wall decoration.
Two hooks in a small space
At 12.5 cm high and only 8.5 cm wide, Couple requires very little wall space. Despite this, two separate hooks are available – for keys, tea towels, small hand towels, or other light accessories, for example.
The compact format can be particularly practical in a small entrance area, next to a door, or on a narrow wall.
Motif and function go together
Typical for Bengt & Lotta is that the motif is not simply printed onto a functional item. The black metal figure and the two hooks together form the design.

My assessment
What I particularly like about the Couple wall hook is the combination of very little space and two genuinely usable hooks. This is not a decorative item that was retrofitted with a function.
For me, these are the kinds of small objects that show the strength of Scandinavian design: something you need in everyday life can also be well-designed. And at 12.5 × 8.5 cm, Couple finds a place even where a large coat rack wouldn't make sense.
